You'll be responsible for creating process and procedural documentation on a range of accounting functions to help newly acquired entities understand and follow these processes. To give you an idea of the scope of this role, we’ve acquired 30 companies in the last 2 FY’s – and we’re not slowing down.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the role will expose you to the inner workings of the wider finance team both locally and internationally and will be your opportunity to make real change. You won’t just be writing reports that will be half implemented – you will be empowered to drive these changes home.
The finance team at WiseTech aims to strike the appropriate balance to deliver effective financial control whilst allowing the business to be agile and grow. We see this role a key step in that journey.
Who you are:
You are a highly organized and methodical thinker, you are comfortable prioritising and managing multiple deliverables. You are also proficient in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals on a global scale.
Desired skills and experience:
- CPA / CA qualified
- At least 4 years’ of qualified or part qualified relevant experience
- Audit or internal audit background with a focus on business processes and process improvement is an advantage.
