Product Associate (Customs)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level support to customers
  • Identify defects and escalate as required
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with industry trends, practices and developments
  • Provides the Product Manager with local market intelligence/perspective to prepare business cases for new features and offerings
  • Assist the Product Manager and Specialists with conducting user acceptance testing as necessary

Who You Are

You have worked within Customs and/or International Law, perhaps with a logistics service provider. You care about the little things and have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy speaking to customers to assist them with any issues whilst building upon your own knowledge. Technology does not scare you, and the idea of working in a fast-paced environment excites you.
