At Microlistics, a WiseTech Global company, we too excel at solving problems. We operate in a complex world of work, where ecommerce and advances in automation continue to shape the warehouse industry, a specialized part of the international supply chain.
From the smallest warehouse to the largest multi-site distribution center, we have a tailored solution to meet our customer’s needs. And this key role places you on the front line when it comes to supporting our global customers in the navigation of our tools in automation.
First and foremost, this is a highly technical role. You’ll draw on your passion and skills in technology and software to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues while simultaneously taking a lead in educating and supporting our clients to effectively and efficiently run their business.
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in our industry before, we’re world experts. What’s more, being the talented and quick learner that you are we’ll get you up to speed in no time.
To be successful however, you’ll need to come to us with a baseline of technical customer support which could have been shaped via hands on experience and/or tertiary education. Working knowledge of Oracle, the ability to write SQL queries, generate SQL reports and intermediate knowledge of Linux (preferably Red Hat) operating systems would be highly advantageous.
Why you’ll love this role
Working for a global business has its benefits. Not only will this opportunity introduce to our global customers and their unique needs, you’ll also benefit from working rotating shift patterns (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends on-call) unshackling you from the 9-5 norm. Additionally, shift allowances and on-call subsidized payments will increase your base line pay so you can afford to enjoy the perks of working rostered hours.
