The Opportunity

First and foremost, this is a highly technical role. You’ll draw on your passion and skills in technology and software to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues while simultaneously taking a lead in educating and supporting our clients to effectively and efficiently run their business.

Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in our industry before, we’re world experts. What’s more, being the talented and quick learner that you are we’ll get you up to speed in no time.

To be successful however, you’ll need to come to us with a baseline of technical customer support which could have been shaped via hands on experience and/or tertiary education. Working knowledge of Oracle, the ability to write SQL queries, generate SQL reports and intermediate knowledge of Linux (preferably Red Hat) operating systems would be highly advantageous.
