Delivery Managers ensure that the complex WiseTech operation keeps moving in the right direction, by helping all our teams and functions work together, and by managing the inherent variability of the creative software development process.

Working closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads and acquired businesses, our Delivery Management team help define a team’s roadmap and remove obstacles to ensure that our teams are delivering the most valuable products to market at the right time.

The mission is productivity on a global scale. You’ll be required to wear different hats to become a change agent, a business consultant, a cultural ambassador, a strategist, a productivity coach, and more.

Your strengths include your proven success in leading and motivating diverse teams, possessing strong interpersonal skills, negotiating, and assisting stakeholders in resolving conflicts to achieve a win-win. Your track record demonstrates a minimum 5 years of experience in relevant leadership roles.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Managing the timely delivery of the most valuable products and projects first by “compressing all the white space out”
  • Ensuring work schedule visibility, coordination, and collaboration across teams
  • Building processes for the rapid and scalable integration of our businesses
  • Optimization of workflow to maximise organisational throughput
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders across our businesses
