This isn’t a job to be filled; it’s genuinely an opportunity for the right person to push their professional boundary. So yes, we’ve been searching for our new Senior Systems Engineer for a little while now. During which we’ve met some amazingly talented people, and while we’ve been close, we’ve just not hit that win-win situation.

We’re looking for a hands-on technical trailblazer and curious innovator, who in return, is looking for an opportunity to benefit from applying their technically agnostic approach to achieving outcomes no one else can.

Working alongside our GM of IT Operations, you’ll provide technical guidance for our global team, based from our Sydney HQ. Where your previous experience as a Senior Systems Engineer will be fully utilized, tested, and expanded.

We wouldn’t be doing this role justice by indexing experience and technology to limit applications. But here’s a brief synopsis so you can validate we’re on the same page:

Essential:

  • Server and storage hardware (rack mount servers, SAN, direct attached storage, etc)
  • Windows Server administration (2012R2 and later)
  • Active Directory configuration and administration
  • Hyper-V, VMware and KVM administration
  • SQL Server installation and configuration

Desirable:

  • MS System Centre suite
  • Scripting and programming skills
  • Cloud technologies

You’ve got this far; now, the curious innovator in you should be kicking in. How do you make this role your own? Simple, apply via the link or reach out to one of our talent team directly if you don’t have a resume ready. And If you’ve been here before and think we’ve overlooked your previous application, we welcome you to call that out and apply again.
