About you:

- More than 10 years of experience in building large-scale services and enterprise software.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and similar languages.
- Expertise in databases like SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Ability to drive technical excellence and innovation through best practices, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
