Intranet Manager

Define how SharePoint is used across our global organisation and drive consistent, effective adoption.

We’re looking for an experienced SharePoint Manager to shape how SharePoint is used across the organisation and partner with the business to make adoption work in practice at scale.

This role suits someone hands-on with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 who can guide usage and influence how people work, and who enjoys working at the intersection of platform capability and real-world adoption.

About the Role

• Own adoption at scale, with end-to-end accountability for how the platform is used across the organisation.
• Influence how teams work by guiding practical decisions around how content is organised and owned.
• Create and evolve practical adoption assets (guides, templates, FAQs), and own learning and training to support effective use.
• Lead onboarding that drives consistent use of Modern SharePoint, with scope to expand into Microsoft 365 and related tools over time.
• Identify and introduce practical ways to use SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot/AI to improve team workflows and day-to-day work.
• Partner with business stakeholders, administrators, and platform owners to align usage and governance with how teams work in practice.
• This is an individual contributor role with real ownership of outcomes.

About You

• Hands-on experience driving SharePoint adoption in complex organisations, with practical Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Proven ownership of how SharePoint is used at scale, shaping how teams structure content and use the platform in practice.
• Experience introducing or supporting Copilot and AI in ways that reinforce good structure, permissions, and content quality.
• Good understanding of SharePoint governance, with the judgement to turn standards into practical guidance.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to influence decisions and embed consistent ways of working.
• Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and shape behaviour in practice.
