As Legal Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with and empowering our businesses to achieve our ambitious global goals, and be part of an exciting and dynamic company culture.
Join a highly skilled, collaborative and growing Legal team to provide proactive legal advice predominantly in global M&A and corporate, with the flexibility to get involved in a diverse spectrum of issues including commercial, employment, governance, and regulatory matters. We have a highly acquisitive global growth strategy and a skilled M&A team to match – work alongside our expert business teams to execute on large global transactions and ensure smooth integrations. We don’t expect you to have in-depth prior knowledge of supply chain logistics and our Legal team has a diverse skillset from a variety of different career paths.

Your Expertise:
- Highly accomplished legal professional with 4+ years of post-admission experience, ideally with in-house legal expertise.
- Exceptional business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously with high accountability.
- Comfortable advising the business on novel legal issues facing our business, including in foreign jurisdictions (with the help of local counsel).
- Significant depth of experience in corporate work, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
-Corporate law
-M&A and post-integration
-Experience advising on competition regulatory matters
- Current NSW practising certificate (or equivalent in another Australian jurisdiction).
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a bonus (not essential) reflecting the global nature of our operations.
