Content Manager – Accounting

If you’re an experienced bookkeeper or accountant who enjoys helping others understand how accounting processes work - and you’re looking for a new way to apply your expertise - this role offers a meaningful career shift. You’ll translate real‑world accounting processes into guides, walkthroughs, FAQs, and learning materials that enable customers to adopt new features, avoid costly errors, and get maximum value from our software. What you’ll do

• Own learning content for the CargoWise Accounting module, defining how customers learn and adopt accounting processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to understand upcoming accounting‑related changes and translate them into clear, practical content.
• Partner with Product and Support to turn customer questions and pain points into helpful learning materials.
• Identify common points of confusion and improve how workflows are explained from the user’s perspective.
• Use AI tools to support drafting, iteration, and ongoing content maintenance (with full training and support).

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience using CargoWise.
• Exposure to logistics or trade‑related accounting.
• Experience writing guides, SOPs, or documentation.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency.

About the team

You’ll join a product‑facing content team working closely with Product, and Support. You’ll act as the accounting content lead for learning content within the CargoWise Accounting module, supported by content specialists with strong learning‑design expertise. The team’s mission is to ensure customers adopt new features correctly, consistently, and at scale as the product evolves.
