Play a key role in shaping how SharePoint is used across WiseTech and help drive confident, consistent adoption.
You’ll drive adoption of our intranet and collaboration tools across the business through clear, practical content, training, and guidance.
This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with solid SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience who enjoys creating high‑quality content, partnering with technical and business teams, and improving how people learn, work, and collaborate.
About the Role
- Support SharePoint adoption by guiding teams through clear practices, training, and content that help them work consistently and confidently.
- Create and maintain practical adoption materials — guides, templates, FAQs, checklists, and simple how‑to content that make SharePoint easy to understand and use.
- Partner with SharePoint administrators to translate technical practices into clear, user‑focused guidance.
- Deliver onboarding and training to support teams moving into modern SharePoint, with scope to expand into Microsoft 365 and Copilot over time.
- Identify and introduce practical ways to use SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot/AI to improve team workflows and day-to-day work.
- Guide teams on content structure and ownership, helping them make practical decisions that support clarity, findability, and long‑term maintainability.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and incorporate relevant improvements into training and guidance.
About You
- Experience driving SharePoint adoption, guiding teams on content structure, ownership, and practical ways of working.
- Practical, hands-on experience with modern SharePoint, including configuring sites, and structuring content.
- Exposure to Copilot or Microsoft 365 AI tools, and the ability to use AI effectively to support content clarity, workflow efficiency, and structured information.
- Good understanding of SharePoint governance, and the ability to translate standards into simple and practical guidance.
- Strong partnering and influencing skills, comfortable working with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders with varying levels of SharePoint knowledge.
- Clear, concise communication, able to simplify terminology, explain concepts, and help teams understand the “why” behind decisions.
- Independent and self‑managing, while also able to collaborate effectively across a highly distributed global team spread across time zones.
