As a Product Support Associate, you’ll provide first-level support for the MediKorea solution, working closely with customers and international teams to solve problems, improve processes, and ensure smooth operations in international trade and customs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-line support for MediKorea’s customs and trade solution.
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with our global support teams on enhancements and escalations.
- Assist with product testing, documentation updates, and process improvements.
- Build positive relationships with customers to support satisfaction and long-term engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer support, operations, or product support.
- Background in customs, logistics, or trade is highly valued.
- Fluent Korean with conversational English – able to participate in calls and written communication with global colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
