Position Summary
Matchbox are experiencing rapid growth through exposure across various markets and are looking for an Implementation Manager to join the New Markets team and BDEs to support the growth across new global markets. As a results-driven professional, the experienced Implementation Manager will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and stakeholder management of business roll-outs into multipe markets world-wide.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Successfully implementing global solutions whilst collaborating with technical and non-techical teams
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to drive results and achieve business objectives on a global scale.
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop, maintain and drive comprehensive implementation and project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders & cross-functional teams to define goals, timelines, resource requirements for successful implementation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain and refine a new markets playbook that allows the end to end feasibility assessment to inception and delivery of a new market.
Selection Criteria and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 7+ years proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, demonstrating successful project execution and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in transport & logistics and SaaS is a plus
- Strong analytical, market analysis & collaboration skills
- Ability to identify, analyse and solve business and operational problems
- Strong presentation and representation skills
- Planning, program management & delivery skills
