About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Reward Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed- term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on global reward initiatives, with a strong focus on the American region and strategic projects that shape our compensation framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on reward strategies, policies, and frameworks across multiple regions, with emphasis on the Americas.
• Lead and support projects related to job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and compensation structures.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on reward aspects of M&A activities, ensuring smooth integration of reward programs.
• Manage and maintain global grading structures, including broad banding of job grades.
• Utilize AON Radford and other market data tools to conduct benchmarking and analysis.
• Support annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and quarterly equity grant processes.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in reward, compensation, or a related HR discipline.
• Proven experience in M&A reward integration and international reward practices, particularly in the American region.
• Strong knowledge of AON Radford and other benchmarking methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in broad banding job grades and job architecture.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; ability to interpret and present complex data to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
