Play a key role in shaping how SharePoint is used across WiseTech and help drive confident, consistent adoption.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative SharePoint Content Manager to help shape how internal teams use SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to manage, share, and discover knowledge.
Sitting within our Internal Content Team, you will work closely with our SharePoint Information Systems teams to document governance policies and best practices, and create clear, engaging guidance materials that support our employees in working confidently and consistently across platforms.
This is a key role that ensures our digital workplace is not only structured and secure, but also user-friendly and scalable.
About the Role
- Deliver onboarding and training to support teams moving into modern SharePoint, with scope to expand into Microsoft 365 and Copilot over time.
- Create, manage, and maintain internal documentation and courses related to SharePoint governance, content structuring, and lifecycle processes.
- Develop knowledge articles, contributor guides, templates, checklists, and FAQs to support internal content creators.
- Collaborate with SharePoint administrators and platform owners to capture accurate technical practices and translate them into clear user-facing content.
- Work with internal content and learning teams to embed governance and knowledge guidance into learning pathways or onboarding resources.
- Identify and introduce practical ways to use SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot/AI to improve team workflows and day-to-day work.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and incorporate relevant improvements into training and guidance.
About You
- Experience driving SharePoint adoption, guiding teams on content structure, ownership, and practical ways of working.
- Practical, hands-on experience with modern SharePoint, including configuring sites, and structuring content.
- Exposure to Copilot or Microsoft 365 AI tools, and the ability to use AI effectively to support content clarity, workflow efficiency, and structured information.
- Good understanding of SharePoint governance, and the ability to translate standards into simple and practical guidance.
- Strong partnering and influencing skills, comfortable working with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders with varying levels of SharePoint knowledge.
- Clear, concise communication, able to simplify terminology, explain concepts, and help teams understand the “why” behind decisions.
- Independent and self‑managing, while also able to collaborate effectively across a highly distributed global team spread across time zones.
