Senior Compliance Data & Audit Intelligence Specialist

The Senior Compliance Data & Audit Intelligence Specialist is a key individual contributor responsible for driving data-centric compliance and audit initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to enhance internal audit processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

If you have strong experience in compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, SOX), audit lifecycle management, and data visualization tools. This position will collaborate with global teams, including Information Security, Legal, IT, and Finance - this ones for you!

Your Day to Day

• Analyze & Monitor Compliance – Track compliance data, identify trends and risks, maintain dashboards, and monitor performance metrics.

• Plan & Execute Audits – Support internal and external audits from planning to reporting, manage documentation requests, and maintain evidence repositories.

• Identify & Address Gaps – Detect compliance issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Legal, Sales, and other stakeholders on compliance-related contracts, assessments, and security requirements.

• Support Training & Stay Informed – Help develop compliance training programs and stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, SOX, SSAE18.
• Experience with data analytics tools (like Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and audit management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
