The Role

We are seeking a candidate with a strong project or operations coordinator background or similar to manage the Operations team within the wider Talent team. An interest or experience in recruitment process is beneficial, however, energy, drive and passion are a must.

The team are seeking a skilled contributor with the confidence to make our many trains run on time, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, and ensure the team meet their operational objectives in terms of turnaround times and quality.

The Talent Operations team perform duties including coordinating the approval of roles and candidates, administering testing, responding to candidate queries and maintaining candidate records. This role will see you lead the team to carry out these duties. You will strive to improve team processes by maintaining a workflow dashboard, investing time in automation and process innovation, assigning work, removing obstacles, identifying skills gaps, coordinating upskilling and building towards best practice in every aspect of the team’s operations. You will also foster relationships with our internal stakeholders proactively communicating the team’s workload levels to manage expectations as well as listening and responding to those stakeholders’ needs.

The Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with an operational or projects background or a superstar administrator ready to take the next step up in their career. You will need to be highly capable and adaptable.

This role will suit someone who possesses the following

  • Previous project management/coordination or operations experience or strong administrative experience, ideally within the tech space.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • The ability to digest information analytically and think objectively.
  • Previous experience using a CRM.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Intelligent, outgoing and passionate about optimizing operations, quality and service.
