Role Overview:

The role will focus on WiseTech Global subsidiary, DrayMaster, which provides the most comprehensive and in-depth drayage rating platform in the industry. Now more than ever, companies must keep up with the pace of growing competition and the ever changing digital landscape. DrayMaster makes quoting accurate drayage and intermodal rates a breeze for Truckers, 3PLs, Freight Forwarders and Brokers while enabling electronic delivery to TMS and freight forwarding systems. As a cloud-based SaaS product, we are looking for a sales professional motivated to win and grow with us.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage complete sales cycle from start to finish
  • Maintain all sales activities & communication in CRM system
  • Provide forecast in weekly sales meetings
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales revenue goals set in place
  • Possess clear and professional communication skills (verbally and in email)
  • Video calls with customers as well as internal staff
  • Work to gain expert knowledge of the rate management platform you will be selling

Experience & Skills: 

  • 2+ years of sales experience. Business to business or outbound sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in intermodal trucking/drayage industry
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions or a subscription-based product preferred
  • Proven track record delivering against sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that include listening, written/verbal communication, and managing customer relationships
  • Strong desire and ability to work in a fast paced, start-up company
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce, and other tools needed to interact with customers and employees
  • Must have and maintain a great team attitude and mentality
