WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC), a high growth global technology leader, is seeking to further develop its M&A capability with a key hire in the Acquisitions and Integrations team. This role will support the continued execution of our acquisition and integration strategy, welcoming over 50 businesses since our ASX listing in 2016.
The Opportunity:
Working with our highly experienced Acquisitions and Integrations team, this role will play an integral part in evaluating and aligning existing and prospective acquisitions to WiseTech Global’s commercial model and product offering.
As a key business partner, you will:
- Leverage your due diligence, organizational, research, analytical and modeling experience to provide in-depth analysis of prospective and existing acquisitions, assessing operational KPI’s, constraints, commercial models, and other areas for optimization
- Investigate and deliver insights on business performance, and build detailed valuation models and business plans for potential deals, where your experience in financial and competitor analysis will be highly valued
- Lead and manage new acquisition processes with the support of the wider Acquisitions and Integrations team
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and successful transaction process and integration into the WiseTech Group

What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in handling and analyzing complex data sets
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical analysis into compelling narratives, presented through high-quality written reports
- The ability to think beyond numbers and combine data with strategy, commercial and operational insight
- Experience in valuations or financial analysis that demonstrates exceptional analytical skills
- 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar finance-related consulting, professional services, transaction services or advisory role
- Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred but not essential
- CPA/CA qualified
