We are known for developing CargoWise One - a comprehensive software platform designed to streamline and manage logistics and supply chain operations.

In your role, you'll be key to overseeing support for all CargoWise One modules, providing exceptional support and resolution to our customers' technical problems. You will be responsible for triaging, investigating, and resolving incidents, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

About You

Key skills we seek include a passion for learning, problem-solving, and excellent group collaboration.

  • Min Level 2/3 Product Support experience in software management required. ITIL knowledge is a bonus.
  • Experience in triage management and conducting incident investigations.
  • Adept in monitoring and managing critical outages and major incidents.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to address critical outages, even outside regular working hours.
  • Experience in CargoWise One or logistics sector is beneficial but not mandatory.

About the Team

The position is part of our Global Product Support (GPS) team, providing an excellent opportunity to explore all aspects of CargoWise One's functionalities. The team goes beyond just supporting CargoWise One, it also encompasses infrastructure requirements and managing major outages within WTG. Team collaboration is crucial to the team's success, with a commitment to open communication 24/7.
