The Opportunity

We’re a truly global business and our finance team is the lynchpin which binds us. Our group is becoming increasingly complex, and the expertise of our finance team has accelerated in proficiency and demand. In order to support our growth, this opportunity has been created to strengthen our AP capabilities. We are looking for an experienced AP Manager to take the lead in the daily administration of AP along with a number of process improvement opportunities.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who can add value to our finance team by offering ideas and solutions for process improvement whilst keeping strong attention significant administration requirement of AP

You will describe yourself as analytical and passionate about process and control, you see work as not just a job but a career and care about the business strategy and direction.

In your application we will be assessing the following:

  • Minimum 10+ years previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to assist in our process improvement projects
  • Highly experienced in Accounts Payable Data Entry and process
  • Ability to resolve payment related disputes, and follow up on payment approvals
  • Experience handling credit card reconciliations
  • Previous experience with petty cash management
  • Document management skills for paper statements received
