As we continue on this growth journey our Legal team are looking for someone to support them within our Legal Operations team.
As a Legal Operations Support professional, you’ll be joining an innovative, collaborative, and down-to-earth global legal team. This dynamic role offers broad exposure across legal operations, systems, and paralegal support. You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for legal requests, while also managing workflows, reporting, invoicing, and external law firm engagement. No two days will be the same, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to shape and improve legal operations from the ground up.
Below are areas you will be working across:
- Manage and triage incoming legal requests via the legal inbox and matter management systems, ensuring appropriate prioritization and escalation.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of external law firms, maintaining workflows in systems such as Legal Tracker and CargoWise.
- Oversee invoice processing and assist with law firm billing queries.
- Maintain and enhance legal technology tools, including CLM systems, e-signature platforms, and document templates.
- Assist with end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including intake, approvals, version control, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and share legal operations reports, dashboards, and key metrics to support internal visibility and decision-making.
- Provide paralegal support as needed, including drafting routine agreements, assisting with compliance documentation, conducting legal research, and organizing legal records.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Be tech-savvy and proactive in identifying and driving process improvements.
- Bring experience working in a corporate in-house environment, ideally within legal operations.
- Show a genuine interest in legal processes and a willingness to learn.
- Work independently with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Exhibit attention to detail with solid analytical and documentation skills.
