Who You Are
You’re comfortable prioritising and managing multiple deliverables, and are proficient in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Your superior interpersonal skills will be highly utilised in this role as you will interact with various individuals from diverse backgrounds. Although we are a software development company, we don’t necessarily require you to be a techy; however, experience in Microsoft Office, Excel or Outlook wouldn’t hurt your application.
We’re not so caught up on the number of years of experience you have, but rather your interest, dedication and commitment to learning what you don’t already know.
Some of the things you’ll get involved in are:
- Creating and maintaining staff records and applicant files
- Drafting and preparing employment contracts
- Posting job adverts
- Managing our online testing platform
- Carrying out reference checks
- It’s also a bonus if you know what a good CV looks like!
