Customer Service Representative

We don't want you to sell to our clients, we want you to invest in them through education and support, presenting solutions - not answers.

What does success look like?

You will be the person closest to our customers. You are responsible for introducing & migrating our clients onto our world leading software solution CargoWise One. Once they are on board, you will help them with any questions or problems they have, and then challenge them to think and learn so that they soon become ambassadors for our software, too.

We will give you the knowledge & training to make you a genius about WiseTech's solutions, helping speed up your journey towards becoming a world class educator, detective and ambassador.
