This role is much more than building a PC, resetting a password, or putting a new monitor in front of an employee. It’s about trying out various technologies, finding unique solutions to problems, and taking ownership to add real value to the business! It’s just a bonus that this role will expose you to the latest hardware and cutting-edge technology. We’re not so caught up on the number of years of experience you have, but rather your interest, dedication and commitment to learning what you don’t already know. Ideally, you work best in a team environment and are seeking a company where your expertise will be valued.
Some of the things you’ll get involved in are:
- Being the first point of contact for support, you'll be assessing and assigning support requests through our ticket system
- Diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Creating/updating support guides
Who you are:
You’re the sort of person who's respected beyond the work environment, in particular, your diagnostic and resolution talent in relation to software & hardware issues. You are comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables and enjoy tackling detailed, complicated problems.
You always have the users’ best interests at heart, and your interactions with them will leave them feeling like their problem mattered to you. You’ll have a thirst for knowledge and aren’t afraid to both ask questions and work things out for yourself.

- IT Degree or equivalent Diploma
- Exposure to Microsoft Cloud Services including Office365
- Microsoft Certifications (MTA, MCSA or MCSE)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Experience with any virtualisation technology such as Hypervisor or VMWare
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
