Rather than sitting on the sidelines, you'll be involved in the day-to-day movement of freight for customer accounts and become a key point of contact within their supply chain operation. You'll gain practical exposure to transportation planning, carrier management, customer service and problem solving - building the kind of hands-on experience that can create a strong foundation for a long-term career in logistics and supply chain.

What You'll Do

  • Manage real logistics movements end to end and see how customer supply chains operate in practice
  • Plan and build loads based on customer requirements, including transport mode and multi-stop routing
  • Select and route carriers using established routing guides and help ensure every load has the right coverage
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to balance excellent service with cost-effective transportation decisions
  • Build customer relationships as a trusted operational contact while developing commercial confidence and industry knowledge
