The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) portfolio. In this role, you'll be dedicated to a specific customer account, taking on the tactical management of that customer's transportation within a defined work group - playing a critical, hands-on role in their supply chain.

This role sits at the center of execution: managing loads from planning through delivery, working directly with carriers, and making real-time decisions on cost, risk, and service levels. You'll be a trusted advisor to your customer, balancing freight cost, service quality, and operational risk every day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide end-to-end logistics services for assigned customers, from load planning through final delivery
  • Select and route tenders to carriers as defined by routing guide(s), ensuring coverage for all loads ahead of relevant milestones.
  • Track load execution against relevant milestones — identifying risks to successful delivery and proactively offering solutions or recommendations.
  • Analyze service and cost implications to inform critical decisions on load sequencing and exception management, including rate negotiation, approvals, and carrier selection in spot-market workflows.
  • Take ownership of significant levels of freight spend and decisions impacting freight cost for customers.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels of the customer organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Must have strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant, equivalent experience
  • Experience with supply chain software (e2open's portfolio suite, or JDA, SAP, Oracle, MercuryGate, PINC, etc.)
  • Experience with transportation across all modes, including familiarity with HOS regulations and equipment constraints
  • Advanced computer skills, with full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer-facing and/or supplier management experience highly preferred
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others without formal role power
  • Proven problem-solving ability; comfortable analyzing large data sets and presenting recommendations
  • Ability to read and interpret industry documentation
