We build products using the latest software tools and the best hardware platforms and take pride in delivering solutions that make a significant difference to our customers, partners, staff, shareholders, and the logistics industry at large. Our people are innovators and visionaries and we have a long track record of building global solutions that are changing the world of logistics.

The business has experienced significant growth in the last few years both organically and through a large number of acquisitions. As a result, WTG has grown to an organisation with over 2,000 people across 51 different offices.

The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting new offices with their WHS policies and embedding best practice WHS activities in existing offices. As the owner of this space, you will proactively engage with the People, Audit, Wellbeing and Facilities Leaders to address concerns, mitigate risk, inform and educate as well as build for scalability. You will also be responsible for coordinating, enhancing, and maintaining the incident management and WHS reporting process.

As part of the wider People Operations team, you will also be a significant contributor to the ASPAC case management team, with case types including but not limited to return to work, performance management, grievances, and involuntary departures. With full support from the Case Management Lead, you will work on reviewing, updating, and improving our current HR and WHS practice and policies.

The successful candidate will be someone who has had experience working in a large corporate organisation and someone who isn't afraid to ask big picture questions and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to build and own a key People-focused area while maintaining your generalist capabilities as part of a broader engaged and dedicated team.
