Internal Communications and Engagement Manager

Based in Sydney, we are adding to our Global Growth team a highly motivated Internal Communications & Engagement Manager who will play a key role in delivering the global communications strategy.

The role will:

  • Develop and manage internal communications and employee engagement across the growing WiseTech Global group using a range of media

  • Articulate and deliver key brand communications to internal audiences, and enable them as brand ambassadors

  • Develop processes and systems to support effective international communications and employee engagement

  • Provide support to senior executives and a growing People & Culture team in the execution of company and employee engagement strategies

  • Assist with some external communications activities as required to support the talent brand, including media relations (including social media), events, and company reporting

About You

You are an enthusiastic, energetic communicator with a talent for bringing people together around company values. You are used to dealing with a diverse range of people from many different backgrounds and cultures, and working with them to enhance their experience in a fast growing organisation.

You have experience creating frameworks and processes to help other internal stakeholders, and you like to roll up your sleeves too and get hands-on, delivering compelling communications materials.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in internal or corporate communications in a medium or large organisation (B2B, technology, transport/logistics, ASX company experience seen favourably)

  • Bachelor degree ideally in Communications or a related field

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, and numerical competency

  • Demonstrated excellence in managing internal communications programs and expertise in juggling deadlines, and multiple interdependent deliverables

  • Experience in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in dealing with global stakeholder groups
