The Opportunity

The PAVE team are responsible for our Productivity Tools software, enabling our customers to transform their operations and processes and enhance their visibility and risk response.

In this role you will be responsible for process management, proposing and designing changes to build a better software solution for the future. Your focus would be to design, test and support changes and improvements to these tools so that more customers are getting greater benefits, with less effort. Research and communication are your building blocks, with project planning built on an understanding of the wider audience and successes and pain points of the product.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing new features and functionality for the software
  • Working closely with development resources, creating simple solutions to complex problems
  • Providing quality assurance to ensure customer needs are being met
  • Identifying areas of improvement within the software
  • Providing third level support to customers
