With a focus on selective acquisitions, retention strategies, and investment in our most valuable assets – our people, we are establishing a sophisticated Remunerations and Benefits function, and are looking for someone to lead, develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies across the group from the Board level down.
This role will see you managing processes across new hire compensation, annual performance and pay review processes. In addition you will manage talent mobility policies and review stock plan awards. You will also provide expert advice to the business unit level across compliance, market practice, pay levels and trends whilst ensuring the flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit that has driven our success is not lost.
