About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales VP, you will provide effective support to lead sales activities towards new or expanded business for Microlistics in the US Region. Operating out of our office in Schaumburg, Chicago, this role would be responsible for generating new business opportunities and seeing them to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

From executing market development and account sales strategies under the guidance of our Regional Sales VP to building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers, no day is the same in this role. With an understanding of the competitive landscape Microlistics operates in, you will have the chance to display your knowledge by coordinating product introduction to maximises penetration in the market. You will also excel in researching potential business pains, prospect issues and following corporate sales methodology and processes (CRM) to ensure the best results. Support is naturally an integral part of this role, and you’ll assist your team in any sales activities as well as coordinating or leading contract negotiation and closure.

Who You Are

As someone with a demonstrated track record of successful sales activities and winning clients, you are no stranger to a fast-paced work environment. Working independently as well as participating effectively in a team environment, you strive to bring out the best results from yourself and your team. With a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, logistics or an equivalent stream, motivation and grit are your biggest strengths, and it goes without saying you thrive when presenting or communicating in a business setting.
