The WiseTech Global team is made up of individuals with a diverse range of professional backgrounds and experience. We have a flat, low hierarchy management with small diverse teams in open plan hubs to stimulate creativity and workflow.
This opportunity will see you partner with managers to support the culture, processes & practices which underline the DNA of WiseTech. With a focus on the ASPAC region, it’s your practical and integrated knowledge of culture, leadership, employment law, remuneration, and policy, that will see you excel in this role. You’ll be working primarily with managers and senior business leaders to drive performance across a diverse range of employee related activities. Including, but not limited to: organisational change, employment advice, performance coaching and employee reward.
The successful applicant will be selected based on their ability to demonstrate a solid foundation built from a wide range of HR practices, in combination with real world experience and expertise. We are most interested in individuals with a reputation for delivering above and beyond which will be critical to hitting the ground running and supporting the rapid growth of our business.
